What makes a good social worker?

The topic we would like you to write about is – “What makes a good social worker.” In answering this question, you need to ensure that you do three things. 1. Show that you understand what social workers do and the skills, knowledge, qualities, and values that make social workers good at their jobs. 2. Use a clear and effective overall structure. You need to provide an introduction that explains the question, a main body, that provides relevant information, and a conclusion that addresses the question you have been set. 3. Use good spelling, punctuation, grammar, and word choice so that your writing is easy to read. You are not required to add references, although you may if you wish to. You are allowed +/- 10% on this, so the essay will be between 450 and 550 words long. This must be entirely your own work. Essays will be checked for plagiarism and if an essay is found to contain significant plagiarism, the applicant will not be offered a place and any offer may be withdrawn.
