The objective of this assignment is to study the cost and duration of an IT project. You can use Windows QM or Excel QM for the project. The student must provide real data for an IT project with a MINIMUM of 12 ACTIVITIES that MUST include ALL of the following information: 1- List of all activities with their description 2- Specify the precedency of each activity 3- Three time estimates for each activity (optimistic, most probable and pessimistic) 4- The direct cost of each activity The study of the project must include: 1- The project network, 2- The expected time for each activity, 3- The variance of each activity, 4- The expected duration for the project, 5- The critical path of the project, 6- The standard deviation of the project, 7- The probability of finishing the project with less than 75% of the expected duration of the project, 8- The probability of finishing the project with less than 125% of the expected duration of the project, 9- The activity cost table, 10- The budgeted Cost table using Earliest Start Times, 11- The Monitoring and Controlling Budgeted Cost table up to 75% of the expected duration of the project, 12- The project Crashing table.
