Please identify and discuss the important role a top-ranking leader plays when they are physically present/on-site in the midst of a crisis situation. What are the positive characteristics of designing a crisis plan prior to experiencing a crisis such as creating an evacuation plan for a hurricane or if a company computer system is hacked?
