The following are some of my research question

  1. How reliable is the service received by the populace via mHealth compared to physical contact with health workers?
  2. Is there patients confidentiality / data security and privacy via mHealth service delivery
  3. How has the mHealth helped tackle lack of accessible self-help
  4. Has mHealth reduce waiting time at the hospital
  5. How reliable is the mHealth application
  6. Is mHealth cost effective
