How can HRM foster a creative culture?

Innovation can assist with a variety of business objectives, including enhanced profitability, revenue, cost control, and market share. The numbers speak for themselves, and innovation equals expansion. Davis & DeWitt (2021), Emeritus Professor of Economics at Stanford University, demonstrates in his study that innovation is a primary driver of economic growth. Innovative private companies grow faster than non-innovative private companies, according to Kozio-Nadolna (2020). Compared to non-innovative enterprises, businesses that value innovation grow twice as fast (The National, 2021). Additionally, a focus on innovation can assist firms in expanding their talent pool by attracting and retaining the individuals who drive and sustain innovation. Innovative people will go out of their way to work for a company that has a reputation for having a high imaginative quotient (Theure et al., 2020).

Consequently, it is widely acknowledged that firms must innovate in order to expand. How firms can innovate is the question.
