Produce a written literature review, based on their research into action research, which:

• explained the purpose of action research, i.e. to improve practice
• analysed key features of the action process, i.e. cyclic in nature, small scale and manageable
• analysed the implications of a model of action research appropriate to the model identified
• evaluated methods of collecting qualitative and quantitative data
• evaluated methods for action research, e.g. interviews, questionnaires, surveys.
