Educational leadership and change
You will contact an Educational Leader (not necessarily from your anticipated context) and interview them, asking them the 10 questions posted to the Canvas site in the Assessment box. You are interviewing an Education Leader in order to learn from their experience about the realities of leading in today’s complex, ever changing educational organisations, to give you a view of what it is like from ‘the inside’. Once you have interviewed them, write up the interview and lodge into Canvas by the deadline.
Note: It is not necessary that you know the person you are interviewing. You can conduct the interview over the phone, via Skype, or in person. Interviews should take about 30 minutes.
