Footnote and bibliography are needed, using OSCOLA referencing Word count is 17000 excluding Bibliography and footnotes —I should have around 300-500 footnotes, according to my supervisor, and he wants me to use more sources (literature and case law) For the introduction, I revised it in the second draft but I don’t mind if you edit it, especially the methodology (I have never written one), and of course the overview of chapters can be changed based on the content of the chapters. The other chapters requires more analysis, my supervisor said it’s a bit descriptive at the moment. You can have a look at the draft suggestion document. Initially I wanted to do comparative analysis between the UK and Philippines. I now have the option to just focus on the UK, but I think comparative analysis makes the paper more interesting. The only thing is that I am not sure if I will have enough word count to do so, I’d rather have a more in-depth analysis. You can let me know what you think on this. 🙂
