To accurately describe an ethical dilemma, one must understand what an ethical dilemma is. “An ethical dilemma (for a business) may be defined as a multi-faceted problem a company faces, which is described in an either/or statement that defines options open to a company to resolve an ethical problem; the either / or statement also include possible consequences of each option” (Ethical Issues Dilemmas Legal Issues, n.d., p. 4).
