Title is – Critically evaluate, with reference to nursing practice experience, one aspect of nursing care, focusing upon quality improvement and suggest methods of enhancing or changing this aspect of practice. I would like the work to focus how the use of continent products is abused, by staff, in hospitals. How nursing staff are quick to apply a continence pad instead of promoting health and self care. Patients are admitted with no need of continence products and leave dependant on pads.
