Conduct an interview with someone from your community, work, home, or social club whom you have determined to be a Mindful Leader.

Use these questions to start with, but feel free to add your own!

1. Do you consider yourself not to be the “boss” even when you are?

2. What makes you happy? Does this drive your decisions to be a good leader?

3. What do you think makes you a good leader?

4. Have you read any books on leadership? What about Mindful Leadership?

5. How do you deal with confrontations and conflict?

6. What tips would you offer someone who also wants to become a leader?

7. What do other people say about your leadership style? Do you agree?

Interview and ask the above questions. You may add one or two of your own.

Take notes or record the interview, only with the permission of your selected leader.

Write and share this interview as if you were reporting for a magazine. Be creative in creating your article.
