We are formally instructing you to act on behalf of our client. Our client, Anthony Banks, has been accused of the unlawful killing of Eric Jones. It is alleged that our client stabbed Jones in the early hours of 1 January this year. Our client denies being part of the death of the now deceased although was known to the deceased and they had been together on the night of 31 December 2015.
