Next thing you know I have opted into robo call hell.  They have managed to collect my preferences, demographics and contact information from me filling out one inquiry.    The worse thing about this is I decided not to refinance my home and have no way of stopping this harassment.  What’s unethical about this is the fact that I am being wrongly targeted for a service and the robot has no way of knowing I changed my mind. So this unfair and unjustified target marketing has turned into harassment.  I just wish they put a human on the line so I can verbally let them know I don’t want their service and to opt me out.AND THIS POST:St Pierre RE: Week 9 DiscussionCOLLAPSEOverall Rating:Your Rating:As a consumer, I don’t like the fact that businesses sell information they have gathered about me to other businesses. If I wanted all that information out there, I would sell it myself and make the profit from it. If I’ve already given my business to a brand or company, they have made their money from my purchase, why should they be allowed to make more money off my information? Unfortunately, you don’t even need to make a purchase to have this happen. You may make an inquiry about car insurance and the next hour, your inbox is full of ads for car insurance companies trying to sell you on their brand. From a business angle, selling your information can be very beneficial to the business and the consumer alike. Let’s imagine I buy a tent from Walmart, then Walmart sells that information to a business that sells camping supplies. The camping supply company might send special offers toward camping equipment. This is a great way for businesses to support each other. It may drive us nuts, but honestly it does work. Much like the things that Amazon tries to sell you by saying, other customers who bought this item, also bought these items. It can sometimes serve as a reminder that you may need something that is needed for a specific product to work.

It serves as a means of support, networking, and overall connections that can last a lifetime. Fellowship is a Christian principle that allows you to gain opportunities for joy, mutual comfort, unity, encouragement, and peace (Oliveri, 2013). I have developed two close relationships at my current job. One coworker has the same job title as me but at a different office. We are both office managers who frequently communicate to ensure everything at each office is the way that it should be and running correctly. Four attributes that we have in common are effective communication, accountability, honesty, and knowledge. Each of these attributes has shaped our relationship to a stable, trusting bond where we can come to one another with anything. We are both able to communicate to where we hear one another out and provide the best solutions for the situation. Not many people can own up to their mistakes at my job, but she and I can, causing us to drift closer. We are both honest, and that saves a lot of drama and mishaps between up. Lastly, we know our stuff. We catch on to all new tasks and systems quickly keeping us competitive in the company.            My other coworker who I share a close relationship with is my Nurse Practitioner (NP). Our offices are small, so generally, there is an office manager and one to two NPs in office. She and I work together the most. Our common attributes include trust, loyalty, understanding, and support. With all the negative aspects of our job that has been introduced this last year, these attributes have strengthened our bond ultimately. We trust one another to have each other’s back and always keep the other in the loop of things. We are loyal to one another in respects that we can tell each other mostly anything, and it stays between us. The concern for creditors is the government will at some point repay all the debt, so higher interests rate will allow the creditor to receive a higher return, and raising the rates dampens the growth of the economy, and debt hurts the economy. Therefore, the government is going to do all it can to eliminate what hurts the economy because the goal is to be prosperous and to increase the value of the dollar and reduce unemployment.

The Earbuds and golf balls I purchased from Amazon could have been purchased on numerous different channels such as Apple or Walmart store, eBay, Offerup, Letgo, PGA store, Craigslist, and Facebook Market place.I have used Amazon for many purchases in the past. So, I elected to use Amazon for this purchase as well based my experience, and the real customer feedback of the earbuds and golf balls were more realistic, quality of the product was inline of with cost of the product. I am Amazon Prime member for and budget-friendly pricing because most of the advertising is driving by customer feedback contrary to the big money some corporation spend advertising. There is also the option to purchase physical copies of music in various formats, such as CD or vinyl. What is interesting to me is that purchasing one of these formats also comes with a download, but the cost can actually be less than the download alone. These distribution options help the value chain of amazon’s music service. What may be even more valuable is their streaming services. Amazon Prime members can stream a somewhat limited selection of music, and Amazon Unlimited allows customers to pay a monthly fee to stream pretty much anything they want to listen to. For me, I use Unlimited and I still download music and occasionally purchase CD’s. These options allow more customers to get what suits them best, and gives amazon different ways to generate revenue.
