Gantt chart | Science homework help

Develop a Gantt Chart for a workplace.
A Gannt Chart (see link below) is a chart that shows a timeline for the work to be completed with tasks assigned to individuals. It is a visual representation of the activities needed completed by each individual in the project and displays the overlap or interaction of the activities across the timeline. Typically, the left side (rows) lists the activities and the top (columns) lists the time scale. Tasks are represented by horizontal bars and may be labeled or color-coded for those assigned to the task.
Example of Gantt Chart Development can be found at: https://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/newPPM_03.htm
However, the recommendation is that you open a new Excel spreadsheet. Go to open and either scroll through templates or type in either Project Planner or Agile GANTT chart. You can use these templates and adapt them to your breakdown of the project. Please ensure that you rename your chart and add a start and end date.
Timeline: 3 months (12 weeks)
Project Scenario: You work at a biotech company and you were put in charge of a research project to sample soil bacterium at large-scale farming operations in the county. You need develop a timeline to show the Principal Investigator so they will know where you are in the process during updates at meetings. You will be allowed one person to assist you with the planning.  At the completion of the timeline a report will be submitted to the Principal Investigator that includes all pertinent information.
What is important, is the process the step by step logical thinking. By engaging in this activity you learn to create a process which can be applied not only to school but projects outside the classroom. This is an introductory project management type activity. Please post your GANTT chart and a paragraph about your decisions and set up as well as any references.
What you will submit: for the discussion you will submit your GANTT chart and as the written portion, you will submit a final report to the PI that includes all pertinent information (number of locations, number of samples, frequency of sampling, outsource or in-house testing, data analysis projection, etc. )

Create a class named account with data fields

Step 1:
Create a class named Account with data fields for an account number, payment amount and balance as well as the appropriate set and get methods. Include a constructor method that contains no arguments. Set the account number equal to 23456, payment amount to 250 and the balance to 3600. Write the appropriate comments and save the program. Compile and correct any errors.
Step 2:
Create a program named TestAccount to demonstrate that each method created in BankAccount works correctly. Make sure to create the output so that one blank line will print between the output created in Steps 4, 6, and 8. Write the appropriate comments and save the program. Compile and run the program.
Step 3:
Create an additional overloaded constructor for the Account class. This constructor should receive one argument for the account number and two assigned values for the payment amount and the balance. Make the three numbers different from the ones used in Step 1. Write the appropriate comments and save the program. Compile and correct any errors.
Step 4:
Add any needed statements to the TestAccount class to ensure that the overloaded constructor works correctly. Make sure to create the output so that one blank line will print between the output created in Steps 4, 6, and 8. Write the appropriate comments and save the program. Compile and run the program.

Make sure to create the output so that one blank line will print between the output created in Steps 4, 6, and 8. Write the appropriate comments and save the program. Compile and run the program.
An example of the output – not the blank line between sections of the output:
The account number is: 12345
The payment amount is: 150

Total environmental safety and health management

Describe what the ideal safety management system looks like to you. Do you think it makes a difference in how hazards and risks are managed and controlled? Why, or why not?ALSO PLEASE REPLY TO ANOTHER STUDENTS COMMENT BELOW
Michael;
The ideal safety managment system should be comprehensive. There should be a system that takes data to identify the possible risks. For there the best practices should be enforced to ensure that the problem is solved. This should be done using the hierachy method. The process for managing and controlling hazards and risks will pretty much be the same. There needs to be an identificaiton system followed by the implementation of PPE and control measures. The goal for both is to be proactive rather than reactive.
