I have attached a picture of the case study called The Elevator Dilemma from the book label page 367. After reading the case study create a report template. Please make sure you follow exactly how the report template paper is supposed to be written. Also, I have add book citation at bottom of this. Please make sure follow the requirement within the report template format. The paper need to be at least page 1.5 not including cover page, reference page.
