Japanese and German Brutality Discussion

Consider the shear brutality illustrated in the contents of this week’s unit. First, how do the actions of the Germans and Japanese fit with the themes of the overall course? Were these crimes a natural progression of the developments/events from 1900-1945, or were they an unnatural side-effect of one specific war? In other words, were these war crimes part of a natural order of industrialism, social Darwinism, imperialism, and things like that, or were they an usually violent, but unintended consequence? What do the primary sources about the Holocaust and Japanese War crimes (particularly the testimony of the Japanese Doctor) tell us about the mindset of Germans and Japanese? How did they justify their actions to themselves and the world? Or did they try to justify them at all? How do you feel about the way in which Japanese war criminals were dealt with in the aftermath of the war?

USF The Future of Oman Is Promising Review Paper

please do a peer review about the file.———————————-1) What is the argument/thesis? If it’s not obvious, then please state that “I don’t know what you’re arguing” 2) Do you see the connection between the thesis and the subject? Example: If I want to argue that Loner explores how sexual assault is endemic to college campuses, what scenes from the book and what outside sources am I using to nail that home? 3) Don’t worry about local concerns such as commas, syntax, grammar, etc. Rough drafts can be a mess at the LOCAL level, that’s fine. Think f more GENERAL concerns: is there an argument? is it clear? is it tied/attached to various internal and outside sources? How are these sources utilized? Most importantly, when you read your peer’s draft, do you have any sense what is happening? If you don’t please say so (politely)!4) If you need metrics, try for at least 10 comments. Good, bad, I’m confused, anything like that.

SC Health & Medical Controlling the Health of Americans Discussion

Help me study for my Health & Medical class. I’m stuck and don’t understand. Controlling the Health of America Obesity has become a major health issue in the US. Currently 66% of the adult population is overweight with over 30% being considered obese. The percentage of children with obesity in the United States has tripled since the 1970’s. Today one in five school-age children (ages 6-19) is considered obese. One of the major causes for the increases in adult and childhood obesity rates is the consumption of high sugar content beverages (primarily soda type beverages). In an effort to try and stem the tide in the rise in obesity, states and/or cities are implementing taxes on these sugary drinks. Some say that this is an example of government control, while other applaud the decision. You still have the freedom of choice, drink sodas and sugary drinks if you want or don’t drink them. Should cities be allowed to implement such a tax? Support your position with the evidence you find most compelling. If you are for the tax, state the ways in which you think the tax revenue will best be spent. If you are against the tax, try to suggest alternative ways of dealing with the obesity and diabetes epidemics.

Why does a penetration tester need to be aware of this law?

Select one of these laws or a federal law to evaluate. Why does a penetration tester need to be aware of this law? Do you feel this law is sufficient? If so, explain why. If not, what would you change?
Note: If your state has insufficient information or no information, or you get an error message, you can also choose a neighboring state and base your answer on that state’s information.
