Importance of The Idea of Equality to Each Theorist Discussion

I’m studying for my Political Science class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study? For the theorists, use  Jean-Jacques Rousseau, John Stuart Mill, and Mary Wollstonecraft. . How important is the idea of equality to each theorist? Under what conditions, if any, is inequality acceptable? Which theorist has the best understanding of the issues surrounding equality? Why?
