Grantham University Second World War Questions
Im trying to study for my History course and I need some help to understand this question. DISCUSSION 1:Frankl argues, based on his experience of the concentration camp, that camp inmates could choose to keep their spiritual freedom and independence of mind in spite of their terrible suffering. Based on the examples he gives, do you think this is true, or is his view of human life overly optimistic given the evil of the Holocaust?DISCUSSION 2: According to Frankl, how could peoples psychological choices actually make them more likely to die in the camp?
