The nicu benefits of premature babies

NICU: The NICU Benefits the premature babies, the parents of the babies, and the hsopital staff by providing necessary, life-saving services. Then discuss all the benefits to the babies, to the parents, and to the hospital staff. For the opposing viewpoint, include hardships of the NICU even though the NICU gives life-saving services, not every baby can be saved (or something along those lines).
