Overview
Length: 2000 words (+/-10%)
Using the same organisation as you did in Assessment 2, you will now assume the role of a senior manager within the organisation. In this assessment, five months after the CEO provided their key recommendations, 50 percent of tenured consultants had resigned, in addition, 60 percent of new recruits resigned within their first year of working at the organisation. The organisation is no longer an attractive place to work at.
The CEO has approached you as the senior manager who is best placed to address employees’ workplace emotions, attitudes and stress. For this assessment, you will need to refer back to the simple, complex and wicked problems that you identified in Assessment 2.
