Assignment task:
This assignment will address individual learning outcomes (ILO) of the module: 1,2 & 4:
• articulate the nature of the consulting profession and evaluate the demand for sustainability consultants
• review critical consultant-client relationship factors – including managing risk, productive relationships, expectations, handling problems, barriers to implementation, and performance evaluation
• Contrast relevant theory with consultancy management practice

Outline:
You must produce a review of relevant literature, which evaluates the nature and practice of consulting, the challenges and risks associated with consultancy practice, and critical factors in successful consulting.
Your work must reference relevant theories, models, research, case studies and/or approaches that you have encountered and evaluate their relevance for understanding the practice of consulting, including potential application to your own project.
It is important that your ideas and approach are well informed and justified through reference to appropriate sources, and that you are critically evaluative in your discussion.
