Task 1: Developing your IS Digital Portfolio

You will be conducting the blog, which should be uploaded to online platforms (e.g. WordPress, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) for sharing before the final submission.
Your blog should cohere around the themes/topics discussed in the lecturers. Detailed requirements are as below:
1. Expected entries into the Portfolio will include 600-word posts on required topics of information system and digital transformation, as below:

⇒ Information systems usage in business. You should pick up the aspect of Fintech, e.g. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data analysis, Blockchain, Chatbot, Cloud Computing in the business world of the banking/financial industry. The focus is on Information systems and digital transformation so the blog should discuss how the information system can be adopted to assist the company to
i) achieve the business objectives
ii) support and integrate the operation processes
iii) open new market opportunities.

2. The blog should present your research, understanding and reflections on themes learned during teaching weeks, in the blogging style. So, engaging your audiences (e.g. ‘chatty’ tone, ‘call for action’ etc.), mixed-using multimedia elements (e.g. hyperlinks, pictures etc.), are all good techniques.
