If the whole world is “globalizing”, then shouldn’t all countries or cultures eventually turn out the same, or have similar patterns of globalization?

This is “obviously” not going to be definitively answerable in a short essay, and so your answer is going to have to be a bit speculative. But that doesn’t meant that it can’t be well-reasoned. What I’m really looking for is how well you can express a thoughtful reply in writing, and (ideally) back up a point or two (or three) with references from the texts.
