Think of how you would use the produce to help create or augment a menu. 1) Explain how to evaluate price verses quality on each of the products. 2) What is the intended use of the produce? 3) Does the vendor rely on US Government grades? Would you? 4) Do you notice a difference among packer’s brands? 5) Compare the variety of produce available from the differing vendors. Your report should be submitted as a Word Document, 2~3 pages long, written in Times New Roman 12 point font, double spaced, with appropriate citations.
