My essay, “The Boy in the Blue Dress,” discussed how Transgender men have used ejournals and blogs to document their transitions. Since the essay was written there have been major advances in social media, interactivity and the phones inside mobile devices like iphones. Please discuss how these new technologies have effected the way transgender people document and share their transitions online. Include a link to at least one transition website/blog etc. My essay does not discuss the experiences of transgender women. This is partly due to the fact that there many less websites/ejournals etc authored by Transgender women. Do some research. Why do you think this might be?
