UMA graduate, Miguel, is currently searching for a job and has been actively interviewing. In fact, he has two interviews scheduled for later this week. Miguel is also very active on social media and prides himself on having a large volume of likes and followers. In order to obtain more followers, he often follows people he doesn’t know. Recently, Miguel has been following several individuals who have extreme anti-immigration views and often promote violence. Miguel likes these posts. Today, Miguel received a call from one of his potential employers and his interview was canceled. The potential employer stated, “Our office serves a diverse patient base and we do not believe you are a good fit for our company.” Miguel believes the potential employer reviewed his social media activity.  2. Initial Post: Create a new thread and answer all three parts of the initial prompt below Explain whether it is fair for employers to judge Miguel based on his social media usage. Describe how Miguel could change his use of social media after this incident.

Introduction: What is SQL? What is the main purpose of the structured query language? What are SQL comments?
Body: Use the database ‘State_Capitals’, construct five SQL statements for the following:
What is Country Name and Country Population?
What is the capital city of California?
What is the capital with the least population? What is the one with the most population?
What is the size of the largest state? What is the size of the smallest state?
List the region name, state name and capital name for every state in the United States of America.
*** Only include the SQL statements, not data ***
You must use either single line or block comments to document each of your query. At a minimum, you need:
Author Info,
Create Date,
Description,
Updated by,
Last updated date.
Example: What is Country Code and Country Name?
Conclusion: Summarize how joins have been used in the above SQL statements to deliver the right results. Summarize how you would use comments to document your codes.

Submit your project in a word document format. Your assignment should be at least two pages in length. APA Style is not required for this assignment.

You must use either APA format. As with all professional forms of communication, style, and grammatical correctness matter. Assignments researchy formatted or with grammatical, spelling, or usage errors will incur a reduction in grade. This is not a research paperNOTE** For the ethical framework in number 3, we have to to use the two books from the course, Also, I uploaded a PDF for the article for Bazerman from the course; you can use it too. Don’t use any other sources! Also, make sure it’s only 4 pages. English is not my first language; I’m an international student, so try to use clear and simple words. These are the books from the course:

How can we know that atoms exist and understand them if they are invisible?  Atoms were thought to be indivisible (not able to be broken down). We now know that they are made of smaller particles. Should we still think of them as the building blocks of matter?  If scientists found a new particle that they thought was the smallest part of an atom, how could they be sure that there wasn’t anything smaller?  Can you think of anything that is not made of atoms?

Design a 6 week physical activity program for sexual health and fitness. Please tailor it for a specific target population (i.e., overweight/obese, older adult, menopausal woman, diabetic, pregnant woman, etc.) or one for a healthy adult. Provide two overarching goals for your program. Next detail what each week will look like (include the frequency, duration, time, and type of exercises and how/why they would benefit one’s sexual fitness). Explain how you will evaluate (measure) the effectiveness of your program?

Explain how a community of practice (COP) could be beneficial

  SAFETY FIRST: CASE STUDY
BNSF Railway is a North American freight transportation company with over 32,000 miles of routes. BNSF Railway hauls agricultural, consumer, and industrial products and coal. BNSF Railway puts safety above everything else it does, including productivity. BNSF Railway recognizes that safety is based on having well-trained employees who share BNSF Railway’s vision for an injury- and accident-free workplace and who are willing to look out for one another. Thanks to its employees’ commitment, a carefully maintained network and equipment, and well-prepared communities, BNSF Railway is a safety leader in the rail industry. Approaching Others About Safety (AOAS) is a training program for all BNSF Railway employees. Four hundred and fifty BNSF Railway employees train their peers. Employees serve as trainers because page 200BNSF Railway believes they are in the best position to keep themselves and their peers safe. The goal of the program is for BNSF Railway employees to be confident about giving feedback to each other about safe behavior and avoiding unsafe situations. Employees need to learn the value of providing feedback when they see unsafe behavior or situations, including positively recognizing when someone is working safely or correcting them when they perceive another employee is at risk. Training should focus on the types of exposures that tend to result in the most injuries, including walking/path of travel around trains, rails, and equipment, pinch points between the railway cars, and climbing or descending locomotives and railway cars.
Describe the different types of instructional characteristics that this program should have for learning and transfer to occur and for a decrease in injuries and accidents to result. Would these characteristics vary depending on who was attending the program (e.g., managers, train crew, employees who maintain track, structures, or signals)? If so, how would they vary? Explain how a community of practice (COP) could be beneficial for this program.

Consider how leaders have to engage with people to promote increased academic achievement, work together, and reach a common goal. Depending on your focus, K-12 or higher education, respond to the following: K-12: Discuss how a leader could possibly engage families and the community in meaningful ways to assist with promoting increased academic achievement in the K-12 setting.

Consider a population health topic that rises to the presidential agenda level. Which social determinant most affects this health issue? How did two recent presidents handle the problem? What would you do differently?

In the modern era, there are few professions that do not to some extent rely on data. Stockbrokers rely on market data to advise clients on financial matters. Meteorologists rely on weather data to forecast weather conditions, while realtors rely on data to advise on the purchase and sale of property. In these and other cases, data not only helps solve problems, but adds to the practitioner’s and the discipline’s body of knowledge.
Of course, the nursing profession also relies heavily on data. The field of nursing informatics aims to make sure nurses have access to the appropriate date to solve healthcare problems, make decisions in the interest of patients, and add to knowledge.
In this Discussion, you will consider a scenario that would benefit from access to data and how such access could facilitate both problem-solving and knowledge formation.
Post a description of the focus of your scenario. Describe the data that could be used and how the data might be collected and accessed. What knowledge might be derived from that data? How would a nurse leader use clinical reasoning and judgment in the formation of knowledge from this experience?
