This week’s assignment consists of envisioning a business idea and submitting a one page minimum paper in which you identify the business including its mission, vision, primary product or service, and describe a SWOT analysis relative to its planned expansion.

You are the owner and CEO of a business. Your business has eight locations. Each location has a location manager (who is the middle manager), a supervisor (who is the frontline level manager), and four employees. Your strategic goal for the business over the next five years is to expand into a new geographic region and to increase the number and types of products or services your business provides.

Choose a product or service that you would like your business to primarily provide. In Unit 4, the ideas of faith and religious expression were explored from multiple perspectives. It is a common theme in the Humanities to be driven to find a path to divine truth which are expressed in what are considered organized religions. In this assignment, you will share a spiritual journey that leads to or participates in one of the major or minor religions presented in Unit 4. It can be your own spiritual journey, a friend or family member, or even a favorite character in a film or book, but it must narrate a spiritual journey from unbelief to belief in a specific religion or religious system.

What does submission to the Divine bring to the soul (peace, assurance, comfort, etc.) (1 or more well-developed paragraphs).

Reflect:

on what religion means to you now that you have completed Unit 4 and learned about other types of religions. Think about how having a deeper understanding of the similarities and differences the religions share strengthens your own beliefs. (1 or more well-developed paragraphs)

You are to role-play an independent consultant for this assignment.  Research a company or industry that is modifying its operations to attract Millennials.  Prepare your submission as a combination impact study and recommendation paper.  Basically, you are documenting how Millennials are impacting the company/industry, and how the organization should be trying to go after the Millennial market or complete with it.  Also, include any risks you identify.
