Annotated Bibliography
Create an annotated bibliography. Your bibliography should be based on the 6 articles compiled in the Module 6 Assignment related to clinical practice and should include:
A brief overview of each article, including the research type, major findings, and conclusions following the current APA style for annotated bibliographies.
A description of the relevance of each article for clinical practice.
The Leadership in Practice paper is an opportunity for you to apply the concepts learned in this course to a real-world situation. In your paper, you will discuss one significant organizational challenge (i.e., ethics, finance, diversity, corporate culture, economics, globalization, etc.) within an organization.
Be sure to review the assignment organization, formatting, and and the rubric attached to this page to make sure you have met the requirements of the assignment.

Paper Organization
The paper should include the following:
A description of the organization (Amazon) and its target market/customer base. Identify the primary stakeholders. If available to the public, include the vision and mission statement.
A detailed analysis of one challenge facing the leadership of the organization (Amazon). How is this challenge affecting the organization (Amazon)?
A discussion on how the challenge was addressed by the leadership team of the organization. Was there a more effective way to address the challenge?
A recommendation for future leaders to avoid encountering a similar challenge. Future leaders can be from any organization you have an interest in sharing knowledge.
The tools a leader would require to be effective in dealing with the issue. For example, these can include technology, equipment, and/or human resources.
Suggestions for overcoming the challenge based on contemporary leadership thought. This should be based on research and include scholarly sources to support your suggestions.
A strategy for overcoming the challenge.
Outside research and concepts to justify the suggestions and strategies used to deal with the challenge in the organization.
Your final paper should meet the following formatting criteria:
composed in .doc or .docx format
contain 2000-2500 words in length (not including the title page or reference page)
be double-spaced
adhere to the current version of APA style
use and cite a minimum of 5 scholarly references

While living in Kansas, Roger Simmons bought a pickup truck on which Boeing Wichita Credit Union (BWCU) held a security interest. The state of Kansas issued a certificate of title for the truck listing BWCU as a lienholder. Simmons then moved to Colorado and, without BWCU’s knowledge, surrendered the Kansas title to apply for a Colorado title. A Colorado title was issued that, for unknown reasons, did not include the BWCU lien. Simmons then moved back to Kansas and applied for a new Kansas title. This title did not show BWCU’s lien. When Simmins went through bankrupcy, BWCU claimed it had a perfected lien on the truck. Did it?In one year, Oral F. Sekendur filed two Chapter 13 petitions within days of adverse decisions in nonbankruptcy cases. They were dismissed because Sekendur failed to report all his assets. He was ordered to pay one opposing party’s attorney’s fees, and munites before a hearing to consider sanctions for his failure to comply with that order, he filed another Chapter 13 petition. He never paid the filing fee. Sekendur admitted he had no income and there was no change in circumstances following dismissal of his earlier Chapter 13 cases. he was warned that his Chapter 13 case might be dismissed for having been filed in bad faith, so he moved to convert his case to a Chapter 7. On his own motion, the court moved to consider dismissal for Sekendur’s failure to pay filing fees. Sekendur did not show up at the hearing. The court dismissed the case for unreasonable delay prejuducial to creditors–that the case was filed in bad faith. Did Sekendur file in bad faith? [In re Sekendur, 334 B.R. 609 (Ill.)]

1. What were the gray areas of ethics of Case 2.10 (discuss at least two)?
2. List at least three stakeholders who were affected by these gray areas and state the impact on each of them.
