How do you see your practice contributing to the identity of trust and the profession of nursing?

Lk12:48 …From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who

has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.

Nursing care often requires the delivery of medications to patients. This carries a huge responsibility

because all medications have the potential for side effects, but failing to assess an individual’s risk

makes the drug more potentially dangerous. That is why a professional nurse administers or

supervises the administration of medications in the hospital. The nursing profession is consistently

rated the most trusted profession in the world. What is trust and why is this important in the nursing

profession? How do you see your practice contributing to the identity of trust and the profession of

nursing?

Write a 1-2 page scholarly paper (you must have reliable resources) on the concept of trust and

trustworthiness (fidelity), and think about what you have been given that empowers this ability to

demand of you.

Note: Definition websites, Wikipedia, etc. are not reliable resources. You are expected to examine

the concept from a biblical perspective in a scholarly journal or commentary.

How suitable are the choices and deployment of these annotation features? If they are not, what do you think they should have been?

Select any example of a visualization or infographic, maybe your own work or that of others. The task is to undertake a deep, detailed ‘forensic’ like assessment of the design choices made across each of the five layers of the chosen visualization’s anatomy. In each case, your assessment is only concerned with one design layer at a time. For this task, take a close look at the annotation choices:

  1. Start by identifying all the annotation features deployed, listing them under the headers of either project or chart annotation.
  2. How suitable are the choices and deployment of these annotation features? If they are not, what do you think they should have been?
  3. Go through the set of ‘Influencing factors’ from the latter section of the book’s chapter to help shape your assessment and to possibly inform how you might tackle this design layer differently
  4. Also, considering the range of potential annotation features, what would you do differently or additionally?

Submit a two-page document answering all of the questions above.  Be sure to show the visualization first and thoroughly answer the above questions. Ensure that at least two peer-reviewed sources are utilized this week to support your work.

Boomerang and failure-to-launch are key terms used to describe young adults living at home. Boomerang has been connected to young adults who left home for a period only to return. This return could be for several reasons, including but not limited to continued education, divorce, or loss or lack of employment. Failure-to-launch is connected to young adults who have never left home. Both types of young adults benefit from the comfort of their parents’ homes, but their return or delay has a negative and some positive outcomes.
