Create and implement a performance improvement initiative

In the final phase of this project, you will implement your performance improvement initiative. Additionally, you will discuss what success of the performance improvement plan will look like after implementation. If you chose a problem in your workplace, be sure to utilize data from that healthcare organization; if you have created a hypothetical healthcare organization, you may use a public domain database with instructor permission.
As this is a scholarly initiative, this assignment must adhere to all APA requirements and formatting, and include peer-reviewed and evidence-based sources to support any and all claims.
As you develop this final part of the assignment, consider the following prompts to formulate your paper.

Success of the Performance Improvement Plan
A. If this initiative is successful, what would be the financial implications for the healthcare organization?
B. How would the existing information management systems contribute to the success of your proposal?
C. What organizational processes will permit continued viability of the performance improvement initiative, if it is successful?
D. Analyze interdepartmental communication that would be necessary for continued engagement in the proposed initiative.

Investigate and discuss the legal implications and practicalities for the UK becoming an EU member state again or to reach a status like EEA standards or a close relation like in the Benelux agreement

An investigation of the legal implications and practicalities for the UK becoming an EU member state again or to reach a status like EEA standards or a close relation like in the Benelux agreement.
The UK and the EU member states face significant issues as no refined trade agreements had been set up before the UK left the European Union. In fact, it is now important to know if trade agreements with important EU member state trade partners can be done despite the legal implications. Additionally, it should be explored which legal implications and practicalities for the UK becoming an EU member state again really are.

analyze an Episodic note case study that describes abnormal findings in patients seen in a clinical setting

In this Lab Assignment, analyze an Episodic note case study that describes abnormal findings in patients seen in a clinical setting.
consider what history should be collected from the patients as well as which physical exams and diagnostic tests should be conducted.
also formulate a differential diagnosis with several possible conditions.
• With regard to the Episodic note case study provided:
o Review this week’s Learning Resources, and consider the insights they provide about the case study.
o Consider what history would be necessary to collect from the patient in the case study.
o Consider what physical exams and diagnostic tests would be appropriate to gather more information about the patient’s condition. How would the results be used to make a diagnosis?
o Identify at least five possible conditions that may be considered in a differential diagnosis for the patient.
The Assignment
1. Analyze the subjective portion of the note. List additional information that should be included in the documentation.
2. Analyze the objective portion of the note. List additional information that should be included in the documentation.
3. Is the assessment supported by the subjective and objective information? Why or why not?
4. What diagnostic tests would be appropriate for this case, and how would the results be used to make a diagnosis?
5. Would you reject/accept the current diagnosis? Why or why not? Identify three possible conditions that may be considered as a differential diagnosis for this patient. Explain your reasoning using at least three different references from current evidence-based literature

Critically Review 3 peer-reviewed articles that examine the impact of a particular crime(s) (DRUG OFFENSES) on a community. All three articles must use the same criminal offense as the point of analysis

If surveyed, nearly everyone would likely say they would like to live in a safe, low-crime neighborhood. Healthy neighborhoods often foster trust, social cohesion, and better physical and mental outcomes for residents. Unfortunately, some neighborhoods have high or increasing levels of crime that make these positive outcomes less likely. For this Assessment, you will select a community that has high or increasing levels of crime and determine what the current research literature says about the effects of the crime present on the community. Generally, you may find that crime can have wide-ranging effects, from housing values to psychological outcomes. Keep in mind as you examine the research, however, that effects of crime on communities are also influenced by local-specific and historic factors that may not translate to other communities. As a criminal justice professional, being able to analyze research articles and interpret the findings is an important skill that will allow you to make empirically-supported decisions on the job.

The Assessment:

Review 3 peer-reviewed articles that examine the impact of a particular crime(s) (DRUG OFFENSES) on a community. All three articles must use the same criminal offense as the point of analysis.

What were their research questions?

Provide an overview of the independent and dependent variables.

What were the effects of your selected crime on the community?

Discuss the findings and how they compare to the existing body of knowledge. (Look in the discussion section of the articles.)

What were the studies limitations and implications for policy and research?

Discuss the Physiological disorders of the skeletal system.(Congenital Hip Dysplasia).

Explain in power point the Physiological disorders of the skeletal system.(Congenital Hip Dysplasia).
Ties between the A&P topic and nursing are well explained and clear.

Great use of visuals (appropriate images, use of flow charts, tables etc) to demonstrate points

Anatomy and Physiology described is accurate and well explained. Application is woven together well.

The student is able to clearly answer questions relating to their topic.
