This assignment will build on the first assignment, with a deeper focus on motivation and performance management. ÿ
Thinking again about your previous and current work experiences, consider what is more important to you: job satisfaction or organizational commitment. In this paper you will explain your choice, your rationale for that choice, and how it has impacted your work performance, as well as identify motivational theories and their impact on employees. ÿ
Write a 2?3 page paper (excluding the title page and reference page in the count) in which you respond to the following:

What is more important to you: job satisfaction or organizational commitment, and why? ÿ
How has that impacted your work performance? ÿ
What motivational theory is used for performance management purposes by your organization, and what is the impact on employee morale?ÿ

You will need to reference at least three quality sources in your paper.
This course requires the use of Strayer Writing Standards. For assistance and information, please refer to the Strayer Writing Standards link in the left-hand menu of your course. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.ÿ

PSYCH 201 Adler School False Popular Culture Generalization Discussion

First, write three universal generalizations of pop culture that you consider false. Then offer at least one reason against each of these generalizations, and argue that the generalization should be rejected. Explain your reasons in the narrative and reconstruct the arguments at the end. To receive all points, your writing project must:1. Mention three universal generalization of popular culture2. Have three narrative arguments, each of which challenges one of the generalizations by offering a counterexample3. Have three clearly marked conclusions, one in each of the narratives, to the effect that the corresponding generalization is false4. Have a reconstruction of each of the three arguments at the end5. Be authentic (your own work, with all external sources cited), written in proper academic English, with full sentences that have been edited, and have between 300 and 600 words. For more on 5, go to Writing Projects, in GUIDES TO WRITING, Content, MATERIALS.Instructor’s Example of One Such Generalization and Argument (yours should have three of them)On my view, it is false that all celebrities are happy people. Consider the case of a famous singer of the late twentieth century, Tina Turner. Of course, famous singers count as celebrities. Although some of them may be happy people, others seem very unhappy (at least at some points in their lives). In the case of Tina Turner, in her  autobiography and a movie inspired by it, Americans were presented with overwhelming evidence that during her first marriage, she was very unhappy. She suffered domestic violence from husband, who exploited her financially by taking the money she earned in her famous performances. In the book Tina gave great details of her unhappy relationship with Ike Turner and described the way she escaped from it. In consequence, her case proves that it is false that all celebrities are happy people.P1. All celebrities are happy peopleP2. Tina Turner is a celebrity who had a very unhappy life when married to Ike TurnerC1. Therefore, P1 should be rejected

Design and Prepare a Cementing Program Report

Design and prepare a cementing program for the production casing used in your previous project. The casing will be cemented 500 ft into the intermediate casing (If intermediate casing is not used consider the surface casing for wellbores where only two casings exist). Use at least 1.4 for the excess volume and also calculate the hydrostatics pressures before, during and after the cementing operation. Determine total sacks of cement, amount of water needed and volume of water to displace cement.

Article by Helena Snider Analysis

You are asked to find a current event (defined as an article from 2017-2020) that deals with an issue related to the class. This could be something having to do with an artist, a work of art, the history of art, the process of making art, etc. This should NOT be an exhibition review or a biographical article about a specific artist. *In this paper, please take time in the first paragraph to concisely summarize the article (Who, what, where, when, why) and its main points.*Spend another paragraph talking about what this might mean to art in general, how it relates to our class, and how this might make people re-evaluate issues related to this subject in the future.*The rest of your paper should be about what this might mean to you personally. Does this change the way you view the subject matter? What is something that really stood out to you about the article or the issues outlined within?*You may also want to talk about the source of this information. Does it come from a museum? An international paper? A national paper? Do you think there might be any bias with the source or the way the article is written? Some potential sources:New York Times Art section: LA Times Art and Culture: Smithsonian Magazine:   Artnet: Art in America: Art News: Art Forum: Art Newspaper:
