Write an expository essay about the analysis of Iron man in relation to the theory from “El Deafo”

Write an expository essay about the analysis of Iron man in relation to the theory from “El Deafo”. The main character, Cece is deaf but creates her own story where she is the hero and has these superpowers. Iron man becomes disabled because of his heart but used that to his advantage and becomes a hero and had these awesome powers. So you have to relate the Disability theory in literature to the analysis of Iron man, the original Iron man. You have to have 1 primary source and 2 secondary sources to support the analysis. Major thing is you have to use the disability act to analyze the text. You also have to think about the audience which is a college class all wringing about graphic novels and how they relate to the comic book “El Deafo”.

What features of your college education would you be willing to do without to make college more affordable?

Respond to the following prompt in a post with a minimum of 150 words.

In this module we learned that, despite increases in the cost, the value of higher education has increased over time. How can college be made more affordable? Revenues earned by colleges and universities come from three main sources:

Tuition and fees paid by students, which have increased faster than the cost of living.
Support from governments at the federal, state and local levels. This support is paid for through tax revenues. Even private colleges and universities obtain funding from the government, but government support has declined at all levels in recent years.
Alumni contributions.
What has caused the cost of college to increase so much? (Not every college has a fancy gym or an Olympic sized pool with a lazy river.) What features of your college education would you be willing to do without to make college more affordable?

What do you propose should be done to make higher education more affordable? What reasons can you provide to support your argument?

With voluntary and involuntary clients, why is it important that these clients understand the impact of their current level of functioning and to be educated towards the benefits towards change?

Voluntary and Involuntary Client Resources

Clients that receive services from Human Services Professionals are quite diverse. Some are voluntary clients, meaning, they actively seek out services and are oftentimes invested in achieving better life circumstances. Involuntary clients, on the other hand, are not as receptive to receiving assistance from Human Services Professionals. Involuntary clients are forced to receive services and are, in many instances, challenging clients. Think of the characteristics of voluntary clients (those wanting help) and involuntary clients (those who present challenges towards receiving needed services). In a three-page double-spaced paper, answer the following questions:

With voluntary and involuntary clients, why is it important that these clients understand the impact of their current level of functioning and to be educated towards the benefits towards change?
What are the short-term and long-term benefits of clients understanding resources that can assist them?
What are the challenges of assisting clients with accessing resources and services? How can a Human Services Professional address these challenges?

Explain the relationship between short-term scheduling, capacity planning, aggregate planning, and a master schedule.

Scheduling and Gantt Chart:

Prepare a 1000-word minimum paper (excluding title page and references), that addresses the following:
• Explain the relationship between short-term scheduling, capacity planning, aggregate planning, and a master schedule.
• Contrast the methods and techniques for creating a schedule and the circumstances under which each is best suited for application.
• Create a load or scheduling Gantt chart. As an operations or project manager, building Gantt charts is a valuable skill. For this assignment, you will be building a basic load or scheduling Gantt chart created in Microsoft Excel with a narrative explaining the data points. It is important that you select an event or process with several elements associated with it. For this assignment, there should be a minimum of 20 elements and preferably more. The event or process should be of a professional service or production/manufacturing nature. The Gantt chart will be submitted in Microsoft Excel and will include a workbook and bar chart. The narrative in this section of your paper will explain the Gantt Chart. For help in preparing this Gantt Chart, feel free to refer to Microsoft Office’s resources on the Web and other Gannt Chart Web resources such as:

and other credible resources available.
