“What are emerging markets? Outline three features(Institutional voids ,Modernizations of Infrastructure, Bottom of the pyramid), of emerging markets and discuss the implications of each feature for multinationals operating in emerging markets. Illustrate with examples.

Introduction for example 200 words

Map-scope the study – set the boundary of the study, define what you understand by emerging markets and developed economies (don’t forget to reference). The idea of this introduction is two-fold: being able to signpost what you are going to discuss and providing a background of emerging markets in the context of the question.

Main body for example 1,100 words

This is where you are expected to outline three key feature of emerging markets (Institutional voids, Modernizations of Infrastructure, Bottom of the pyramid). Make sure to back your arguments with relevant figures, facts and references (academic and non-academic). You should also identify specific implications for multinational enterprises operating in emerging markets.

To structure this section, you may either insert three sub-sections (each one of them for a specific feature of emerging markets) and include a reflection about the implications for multinationals operating in emerging markets inside each sub-section. Alternatively, you may structure your main body around two sub-sections: (1) Key features; (2) Implications for multinationals.

Note: You are not limited to the few sections indicated above, please structure your work to suit your discussion.

Conclusion [for example 200 words]

Short synthesis-summary of the essay, reconsidering the background and main presentation of the concepts and arguments. No new issues should be introduced in this section.

colleagues Existential Questions and Post-Traumatic Growth

Respond to two colleagues:
Provide a suggestion for how a social worker could help clients to understand and make meaning of the trauma within the client’s values and belief framework.

Colleagues 1

An existential question is a philosophical question we ask in social work when working with a client who has experienced some sort of trauma. For my selected client, I am working with a youth who is struggling with mental health. These individual lacks family support, has abused substances in the past, and is facing juvenile related charges while on probation. This individual has reported feeling “lost” in life and is not motivated to do well. As a child, this individual experience various forms of abuse, physical, emotional, and sexual.

An existential question I would use to better support and understand this client is what are some purposes right now in your life? With this client struggling with ongoing mental health concerns, this existential question will allow the client to look at the positive values in life and can also allow the client to establish goals that will make the client successful.

I believe with working with this selected individual, there is a great potential for growth to overcome this trauma. This client is engaged in mental health counseling sessions. I have been very fortunate enough to establish great rapport with this client and have assisted this client with many activities to empower the client and to make them more successful while in treatment. This client has been extremely resilient in life and has faced many barriers and challenges on their own. With the support from the client’s clinician and case manager, the client has additional supports in place when overcoming any presenting problems.

As a social worker, I believe I have more potential growth to experience throughout duration of my career. In my career, I do believe I am able to build professional rapport with the clients and families I am working with. I believe conducting more research on diverse population on how to better assist my families would benefit my overall practice.

For this Assignment, you practice interviewing an older adult about life events, experiences, and feelings that have shaped them. You then transform your interview notes into a narrative—that is, a life story—of the individual you interviewed. You interweave within this narrative an analysis of the life story by integrating person and the environment concepts and theories drawn from HBSE I and II.

Ray’s case has provided you with direct observation of a client’s history and life experiences. In the absence of this direct observation, social workers turn to assessment and interview techniques to gather essential facts about a client’s life span. Interviewing is an important social work skill—and one that requires more than simply reading a set of prescribed questions. A social worker must also demonstrate professional communication, both verbally and nonverbally, ask appropriate follow-up questions, and take notes at the same time.

To Prepare:

If you have not already done so, interview an older adult (age 65 or older) about their life story, using the Life Span Interview document in the Learning Resources. Take notes as you conduct the interview.

Review your notes and begin to interpret the older adult’s life story through the lens of human behavior and the social environment.

By Day 7

Submit a 3- to 5-page paper in which you provide a narrative analysis of the Life Span Interview you completed. The paper should:

Provide a chronological history of the individual’s major life experiences.

Identify specific biological, psychological, and sociological influences that shaped the individual’s experience.

Analyze the individual’s experiences by applying theory and concepts learned throughout both HBSE courses.

Be sure to include the ways in which power, privilege, and oppression shaped their experience (e.g., race and ethnicity, gender, religion, ability, sexual orientation, etc.).

Provide your reflection of the experience, both in interviewing the individual and analyzing their narrative.

Explain what you learned and how you will apply this learning to future social work practice.

Use the Learning Resources to support your narrative analysis. Make sure to provide APA citations and a reference list.

Select any example of a visualization or infographic, maybe your own work or that of others. The task is to undertake a deep, detailed ‘forensic’ like assessment of the design choices made across each of the five layers of the chosen visualization’s anatomy. In each case your assessment is only concerned with one design layer at a time. For this task, take a close look at the annotation choices: Start by identifying all the annotation features deployed, listing them under the headers of either project or chart annotation How suitable are the choices and deployment of these annotation features? If they are not, what do you think they should have been? Go through the set of ‘Influencing factors’ from the latter section of the book’s chapter to help shape your assessment and to possibly inform how you might tackle this design layer differently Also, considering the range of potential annotation features, what would you do differently or additionally? Submit a two-page document answering all of the questions above. Be sure to show the visualization first and then thoroughly answer the above questions. Ensure that there are at least two-peer reviewed sources utilized to support your work. In response to peers, add additional information to their posts noting what else could be done to enhance the graphic. Looking for minimum two pages within next 48 hours without plagiarism and quality work.
