Diversity is becoming more and more common in institutions, schools, and even business organizations. Now, they bring different cultural backgrounds and interests, which can have other effects on instructions given. These backgrounds and interests can affect education in the following ways:

1) It can lead to prejudice, as students may understand different words differently in instructions.

2) It can lead to misunderstandings about which instructions are given, as such words as’ manage’ can be interpreted differently by different cultures.

3) It can also lead to poor communication in giving instructions and guidelines, especially from students from outside cultures.

4) It can disrupt student learning, as there can be disagreements and conflicts in instructions and guidelines given.
