As a culminating project for this course, you will incorporate your previous work into a 25-slide PowerPoint presentation Research Proposal.

You are not required to conduct the research that you discuss in your proposal; instead, outline a possible research plan.

In your presentation, include the following elements:

• Title (1 slide)
• Abstract (1 slide)
• Purpose of the study (1 slide)
• Research question(s) (and hypotheses if selecting a quantitative design) (1–2 slides)
• Definition of variables and key terms (4 slides maximum)
• Operational definitions (i.e., measurable definitions) of variables

CAGE Analysis of LuluLemon Research Regarding Geographic factor for expanding into new international markets

For your group project, you will prepare a complete global strategic analysis of the current and future prospects for a company of your choice. Teams are your Core MBA teams; you will choose the company. The report should contain a comprehensive CAGE and stakeholder/political risk analysis (where appropriate) and conclude with strategic recommendations for top management (whether to enter a new market and how). Group reports will take the form of consulting reports and should consist of 10 annotated PowerPoint slides (not including title slide and reference/appendices).

The CAGE Analysis for international business (Cultural, Administrative, geography, economics) regarding the new market they might consider entering.

As of now the company does business in 17 countries worldwide with over 500 stores. My portion of the project covers geographic factors like (how far away proposed market and what factors related to the geography will make entering this country a good or bad choice. Do not focus on any of the other factors related to the cage framework as someone else is addressing them. This will not have to be a paper so more of what I need is research / findings regarding this topic. Look into a few potential markets they currently are not in and assess difficulties or issues that might arise from the geographic distance to that market. (I’d consider looking into Brazil, India, Dubai, Argentina, Italy and south Africa to start but the more you look into and assess for me the better. keep in mind it has to be a country they are not in right now. Juat a brief look into whether its viable from a shipping standpoint, geographic focus .. you will have to touch on some other things like India might be a great market and geographically not attractive but based on median income level the shipping and supply logistics to open stores there doesn’t make sense . I’ve attached sample cases analysis done on this topic for your reference / you can reuse any of the info. also attached the frameworks and and overall notes under ‘final exam review’ which encompasses everything related to this class to give you a context for your research. The PowerPoint that is titled ASSIGNMENT – Lululemon CAGE Analysis…’ is the actual assignment and my slide section. Please know there is nothing you put in here that needs to be written like an essay just give me facts from research and that’s it

Personal reflection on business and professional ethics

Required to write a personal reflection of not less than 450 and not more than 500 words (again, no 10% additional allowance on top of this maximum), reflecting on your progress and personal development through this module. Separate guidance on reflective writing will be given.( I will upload the guidance)

A few points concerning the module,

The structure was nice the first 5 weeks was theory based lectures. and the next five 5 was detailed seminar decisions about the ethical theories learned. We also worked in a group that for five weeks to submit a presentation.
