For this assignment, you will develop a new business concept or set of operational activities for the organisation you selected for your first assignment. You will include in your report a written summary for
each Business Module Canvas element for your new business concept or activities and generate a new graphical representation.
You should begin by reviewing your SWOT analysis you completed for your first assignment. What strengths or opportunities might you take advantage of? What are some weaknesses and threats you could address or mitigate? Use this information as a starting point to develop a creative idea that sets in line with the practical aspects of the business’s existing canvas but also aims to build up its bottom line.
For your report, you will describe the new concept and how it affects elements of the business model canvas including links and interactions and address the following sections:
1. Introduction Paragraph
a. Provide a brief introduction of your organisation and new concept.
2. SWOT Analysis
a. Summarise your SWOT analysis and what key points you will use for your new business
model canvas.
3. New Concept
a. Identify and describe the new business concept or set of operational activities based on your SWOT analysis. You should be highly aware of the practicality and feasibility of your concept and anticipate the implementation issues, costs and wider benefits to your business.
Also, no idea is perfect. You should discuss the risks or concerns associated with your idea.
4. Business Model Canvas Components
a. Describe each of the Business Model Canvas components that are affected by your new concept or activities. There is no need to repeat what has been described in your first paper.
b. Explain how your new idea will affect and change the various aspects of the business model canvas.
c. Your descriptions should be based on secondary research sources. You should also extend your understanding of the theories, findings, and concepts included in your chapter readings.

a. Design a graphical representation of your Business Model Canvas.
