The need for both of the classes to be protected are corporations is growing. This means that companies must consider whether they can afford to hire a C level executive to handle the lawsuits. 2. The protection against discrimination act protects employees from being discriminated because of their race, sex or religion. Employers should also protect employees from having to pay out-of-pocket costs for discrimination. This includes health insurance, disability benefits and retirement plans. Employers prevent cultural barriers, discrimination and biases in workplace by in employment by providing training and education to help them understand the workplace rules. Employees are encouraged to learn about the workplace rules and regulations that apply to their job. The employee is required to have a written contract with the employer stating what they will do if an employee get fired. These contracts include: Termination notice of dismissal, severance packages and other forms of compensation.
