Briefly explain the purpose of the Constitution.

Introduction: You are a recent immigrant who has moved to the United States to attend college. Your family has never been to the United States, and you are excited to tell them all about it, in particular the fundamentals of the U.S. government you are learning about in one of your courses.

Compose a 3-page letter to your family in which you outline the fundamentals of the U.S. government. Be sure to do the following:

  • Briefly explain the purpose of the Constitution. Use relevant and factual information in your explanation.
  • Briefly explain 2 American ideals (e.g., democracy, liberty, equality, justice, freedom, or opportunity).
    • Your explanation should include a definition of each ideal and your understanding of what those ideals mean to the average U.S. citizen.
  • Using what you submitted in your Week 4 Activity, explain how the current event article you chose serves as an example of one of the ideals selected
  • Explain how a constitutional liberty has personally benefited or impacted you as a student or a citizen in the United States.
    • Provide 2 or more specific and relevant examples.
      • For example, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is a federal law that prohibits employers from discriminating against employees on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, and religion. Title VII also applies to private and public colleges and universities, employment agencies, and labor organizations. So if you chose this one, in your letter you would identify this constitutional liberty and how it applies to you specifically, and you would provide 2 or more specific and relevant examples.
  • Cite all sources using in-text citations and a source list following the Strayer Writing Standards format.
You have been appointed by the chief of police to represent the police department in communicating with a newly formed civilian police oversight board.Using the IMPACT model, detail each of the six steps that you would use to establish communications with the board, address their concerns and emphasize the importance of law enforcement to the community.

You have been appointed by the chief of police to represent the police department in communicating with a newly formed civilian police oversight board. Board members have no law enforcement experience and are very vocal about defunding the police and potentially eliminating the police department entirely. They are concerned with a lack of information from the department when a use of force incident occurs.

Using the IMPACT model, detail each of the six steps that you would use to establish communications with the board, address their concerns and emphasize the importance of law enforcement to the community. The chief and administration have committed to make changes in the department’s policies and training to include de-escalation, crisis intervention, and body cameras for all officers. Part of your mission is to communicate these changed to the new board while establishing trust and transparency.

Reflect on the differences between the male and female sexes that may have been discussed in the eleven organ systems of the body throughout Anatomy and Physiology or research other differences between males and females.

The obvious differences between males and females are in the anatomy of the reproductive system; however, males and females also differ in other ways. Reflect on all the eleven organ systems of the body and discuss the questions that follow.

Please complete the following steps for your discussion post and response.

  • Reflect on the differences between the male and female sexes that may have been discussed in the eleven organ systems of the body throughout Anatomy and Physiology or research other differences between males and females.
  • Pick 2 different organ system examples of how males and females differ besides the reproductive anatomy. Try to select examples that are unique from those already described by other classmates.
  • Explain your 2 examples of differences between males and females and how this difference may influence the anatomy or the physiology of the sex.

Please be sure to validate your opinions and ideas with citations and references in APA format.

Choose  a product that has been on the market for a few years and describe how  the product has evolved throughout its lifecycle

Choose  a product that has been on the market for a few years and describe how  the product has evolved throughout its lifecycle.  Describe the basic  product in the introductory stage of the lifecycle.  How did that product evolve in its growth phase – were new features added, for example?  When the product reached the maturity phase  of the lifecycle, how did the product continue to evolve – were  additional brand extensions created, for example? Finally, if the  product has reached the decline stage, how would you now describe the product?  This should be a 300 – 500-word discussion even if you create a video!

The people who make up the company need all be motivating in order for the organization to be motivating.

There are a few good motivators involved in the organization I work for. My boss is a great motivator for my company and he has been the best boss I have ever worked for. My boss makes sure to drive change when it is needed and he rewards his employees for their positive actions. One thing that I envy about my boss that a lot of leaders don’t understand is that everyone learns differently. With my boss being a CEO of a big company before opening his own, he has learned that not everyone learns the same and he knows how to adapt to peoples learning styles. Twice a year my boss reserves a dinner for all the employees to attend and bond and I think this is a great thing to do as a leader and this motivates employees to keep up their good work. Once I am graduated in May, I am thinking about opening my own delivery service. My boss has been very helpful over the last year of me working for him learn all the ins and outs of the business aspect of the company. This has been something I have been telling him I wanted to learn for a while. He has also helped me align all the things I will need in order to get the business in operation. He has been nothing but motivating for me since working for him. I think motivation most of the time comes from a person but a organization can definitely be motivating in itself. I think for an organization to be motivating in itself, all of the employees working for the organization needs to be happy and motivating. I think the people who make up the company need all be motivating in order for the organization to be motivating.

Using educational technology can be a way to address known and unknown special needs.Discuss.

You will not always know if you have students with special needs in your class; some students may not even know they have a special need. Using educational technology can be a way to address known and unknown special needs. For example, e-readers allow students to control the font and the font size, get the definitions of unfamiliar words, and even have the text read to them. E-readers help visually impaired students and enable students with dyslexia to adjust the text so they can read it. Educational technology can help all students with vocabulary and reading comprehension.
