Instructions on Assessment:
Formative Assessment:
You will obtain evidence that supports the viability of your project (the idea), before you generate the proposal. This feedback will ensure that your idea is supported by service users, carers and clinical staff via standardised documents such as student feedback and communication sheets and service users feedback sheets. This could also be used as evidence for your Practice Assessment Document (NEPAD).
Summative Assessment:
For the summative assessment you can choose to do a 6000 word Practice Project Proposal or a 6000 word Service Improvement Project. The assignment will be submitted electronically via Blackboard Ultra (BBU) and feedback will also be provided via this platform from your Academic Supervisor. This final assessment will bring together your new knowledge, skills and attributes gained during the module.
