Critically analyse, share and apply research findings to promote and inform quality nursing practice.

Four Es of caring in contemporary nursing: Exploring novice to experienced nurses CASP Checklist: 10 questions to help you make sense of a Qualitative research paper. Assignment guide  You will need to have read your selected paper in detail.  Make notes.  Note terms you are unfamiliar with – look them up.  Remember, you need to address the module learning outcomes.  Read the hints that are written on the right side of your CASP checklist. Learning Outcomes Students who successfully complete this module will be able to: 1. Outline the evidence hierarchy and discuss different ways in which evidence can be defined in relation to the hierarchy. 2. Refer to paradigms, compare and contrast research methods and evaluate the impact on research findings. 3. Discuss internal validity, rigour and ethical concepts when examining evidence. 4. Critically analyse, share and apply research findings to promote and inform quality nursing practice.

determine if companies are intentionally choosing long-term goals that drive lower consumer interest, so consumers will forget ant not hold them accountable for completing the initiative.

The purpose of this experiment is to determine:

  1. Why ‘greenwashing’ is so effective, by investigating what past green initiatives of real-world brands are remembered by consumers (i.e. determine if companies are intentionally choosing long-term goals that drive lower consumer interest, so consumers will forget ant not hold them accountable for completing the initiative.)
  2. Whether respondents believe specified green initiatives are possible, or what is limiting progress toward them.
  3. The amount of weight consumers place on third-party reviews of green initiatives, depending on the level of data presented by the third-party for or against a green initiative, based on their preexisting opinion of green initiatives.
  4. How often and how much data on green initiatives will hold consumer attention.

Hypotheses:

H1a: longer time to attain will be viewed as more likely than shorter time to attain goals.

H1b: longer time to attain will be viewed less favorably than shorter time to attain goals.

H2a: smaller scale goals will be viewed as more likely than large scale goals.

H2b: smaller scale goals will be viewed less favorably than large scale goals.

H3a: at a shorter time to attain, scale of the goal will have a significant difference.

H3b: At longer time to attain, scale of the goal will have no significant difference.

To prevent respondents knowledge/opinion of real green initiatives from interfering with results, respondents will be given a short summary of the fictional company, with information on name of company, age of company, number of locations/facilities, market, and a statement that the company has accomplished 0% of the stated goal so far.

Formulate a plan to implement IT architecture.

Learning Outcomes to be Assessed: 1. Identify systems integration requirements. 2. Develop Information architecture to support data consistency and integrity. 3. Develop IT architecture. 4. Formulate a plan to implement IT architecture. Assessment Details: Title: Integration delivery plan Style: In person progress vivas and presentation Rationale: All organisations have disparate electronic systems that hold isolated pockets of data. On their own, the systems are useful, but integrated systems offer huge advantages in savings of time, money and reduced errors. In this assessment you will apply the skills gained in this module to develop a plan to integrate two such information systems. Description: The University of Southern Basingstoke wishes to integrate its student record system (SRS) with its virtual learning environment (VLE). The University has 10,000 students and 700 members of staff. The SRS is a COTS product, that has been customised for their use by a third-party integrator. This supports all records regarding students such as contact details, enrolments, fees, marks and attendance data. This is the authoritative source of this data. As it currently stands, all data is entered manually into the system, irrespective of its source. The SRS is managed and run the by the University registry. The VLE is where all student teaching takes place. Learning materials are available from this platform, and assessments are submitted electronically. Marks and feedback are delivered back to the student using this platform. Currently, academics must manually transcribe the marks from this system into a spreadsheet which is then further manually transcribed into the SRS. The VLE is run by the University Learning Technology Team. The proposed system will communicate mark data from the VLE to the SRS. It must take into account business rules such as the capping of late work and ensure that before the marks are transmitted they have been signed off by a second academic as being accurate. The exact process and method are to be decided by the project itself.

What type of interventions improve adherence to recommendations on nutritional intake?

Description

You must still do a search and explain your search…what database you used, search terms etc. but we will give you the articles. Choose one of the main topics from the table and then choose one (1) article for review under that main topic. Read the article chosen from the table below and answer one (1) of the topic questions listed. a. What methods can be used to assess nutritional status? b. What methods can be used to identify those at risk for malnutrition? c. What specific health conditions increase the risk of malnutrition? d. What associations exist between nutritional status and health outcomes? e. What type of interventions improve adherence to recommendations on nutritional intake? Create a 2-3 page summary (scholarly paper) which supports the topic question you selected. Provide (search for) a current research article (less than 5 years) to support the topic question selected. The 2-3 page limit does not include title and reference pages. This is the professor’s additional instructions, I have also attached the rubric and the specified article assigned per the topic.

Critically evaluate and discuss the following statement.

“One important route to reform is increasing the numbers of policewomen…Our position is derived not from a feminisation thesis, i.e. the belief that more women means a different and more feminised police culture will evolve, (Dick and Nadin, 2006) but from a practice based perspective, which sees women as having a fundamental impact on the dominant, taken for granted, work practices which are the chief carriers of some of the more problematic and troublesome aspects of contemporary policing and police organisations” Critically evaluate and discuss this statement.
