Criminologists devote themselves to understanding the causes of criminal behavior. Robert Deal faced first-degree murder charges for the shooting deaths of three people at a Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Nine people were also wounded in the incident.  Politicians, criminal justice professionals, and others argued that the shooting resulted from different causes, ranging from mental illness to domestic terrorism. I’ll be able to focus more on advancing my degree focusing on getting my Master’s in health care management and the scholarship award will lessen some of my financial burden. This would allow me to work less hours and spend more time with my son. By doing so, I will be able to grow in my career and secure a higher-paying position, which will enable me to better support my son as he gets ready for his approaching college years.

During Week 2 you will select a disease and inform me of your choice via a discussion post. There will be no duplication of disease topic so don’t wait too long to decide. You will then research and write a 5 page paper on that disease. You will be tasked with providing the following information:

Your paper should include a cover page, 5 page report, and a bibliography.
You will need to include a minimum of 5 solid sources for your citations. Acceptable sources include medical journal articles, published research articles, peer reviewed journal articles. While things such as Wikipedia and WebMD do have information available, these are not acceptable for your 5 main citation articles.
