SEC 6050 WU classification conversion

This is part 1 of a 2 part assignment. The first part involves preparing the data, the second part (next week) involves creating a decision tree from the data.For this assignment you will take the Heart Disease dataset and convert the Interval and Ratio columns to Ordinal data.The goal is to have all columns represented as ordinal data. Each row is a patient. The “target” column represents the presents of heart disease (0 – Not Present, 1 – Present).
