Part One (30 points):
Each student will choose one (1) video from the list (page 2).
Based on the crisis you will:
Provide a summary of the video.
Describe what constitutes the situation as a crisis
Discuss specific steps to assess the client using the ABC model. (Here, go through each step and be as specific as possible covering each aspect of the model.)
Develop a detailed plan for intervention including resources you would use. (What things would you suggest to the client? What resources would you use and how would they be beneficial)?
Discuss any impact this person’s culture may have on the crisis.
Does this person seem at risk for suicide? How would you evaluate?
