P5 Interpret findings from the market research undertaken, presenting them in a range of different formats Primary research findings Write up the findings from your Primary Research data collected on Monday. You should aim to produce bar/pie charts to visually represent the results from questions asked. Under each question write your own analysis and explain what you have learnt from these results. You need to conclude your report by choosing a location for the new Horsebox coffee business. To reach the higher grades you need to justify the reasons for your choice and back up with clear evidence. Final Report – Evaluation on process Finally, produce a report assessing the limitations of the data/findings and your Market research carried out . Write about the pros and cons of the following: • the accuracy of the data, • whether it is subjective in any way,  • if there is bias present and whether the findings are reliable. • The effectiveness of the process you carried out • The original marketing objectives – Did you meet them? Why? How? You need to then write a lengthy conclusion making clear recommendations for improvements should you do this again. Ensure you make good suggestions on how the process could be done better and why this would work. Think about your Primary, Secondary and Sampling methods in this conclusion including other aspects like time of day, target market, time of year etc
