◦Identifies and clearly states key requirements for the project and documents these in a recognised format.
•Data:
◦Maps data between the systems, clearly identifying what needs to be transferred, why, outlines semantic meaning and allowable values.
◦Identifies data transforms (i.e. where data is not identical what you will do to make it match the target system).
◦Identifies how invalid data will be dealt with at both ends.
◦What quality issues there are with the data and how this will be addressed? How will quality be maintained?
•An architectural diagram should be provided showing how the system operates on a conceptual level and what IT infrastructure is needed to support the proposed system. This should be supported by appropriate justification.
