Instructions: Communication is an essential component of all planning. For this assignment, you are to prepare a detailed communication plan on how you will communicate with leadership, employees, community, and key stakeholders either at the organization at which you work or a fictitious organization. Your paper must: Build upon the organization you highlighted in Units 1 and 2. Identify key members and roles/responsibilities of the core communications team. Explain the importance of pre-planning in communications. Provide a synopsis of at least three communications plans to address the threats to the organization you identified in Unit 2. Note: You may refer to this assignment as a reference for your Mastery Presentation in Unit 6. Requirements: Prepare a quality, substantive paper that addresses the objectives of the assignment and the expectations set forth in the grading rubric. A minimum of 1,000 words excluding the title page and references is required.
