Task: Identify sources that satisfy all the following information needs. Produce a separate report for each information need. Present your responses to the requestors in an effective & efficient way. In addition to the research findings, each report should include:

  • A clear title & subtitle
  • Month & date of creation
  • Running No.
  • Authorship

Total length shoule be around 2500 words

  1. An organizational member has requested some recent articles (last 5-10 years) on the economic and social impacts of privatizing the police force. He would like you to retrieve & organize the materials that you retrieve in a systematic way. Your non-profit organization will use the report to support or oppose a government proposal to privatize the police force
  1. A senior investment analyst in your financial organization has tasked you to retrieve some key resources on the wearable devices market. She expects your report to include up-to date information on:
  • The size of the market, both worldwide & in regions if possible (Asia a priority)
  • Market projections
  • Market leaders
  • Success factors for wearable device development
  • Any other information that would assist the analyst to make a decision about investing in a wearable device producer organization
  1. Your medical organization has decided to enter the European drugs market. The business strategy is to establish a presence in a suitable European country, targeting aging adults, & then to expand into other European countries. Management has shortlisted 3 countries as possible targets: Germany; Holland; and France. Apart from general suitability issues for business, the following areas have priority: competition policy, overall economic outlook for next 5 years; demographics; and household consumption per head
  2. An international eyewear supplier is considering penetrating the Hong Kong, Taiwan & Korean spectacles & contact lens Your organization has been commissioned to compile a report that includes key industry information including: the range of products; key brands; major eyewear suppliers; & any other relevant information that can assist the client to make an informed decision on entering the eyewear market in the target areas
