| Based on the case study provided you must analyse the internal and external contexts of the organisation and recommending solutions to a specific business issue using your knowledge and understanding of strategic HRM theories and practices.
1. Analyse contemporary issues and key theories relating to HRM demonstrating awareness of the implications for practice. 2. Assess strategic HRM approaches in practice within a given context.
3. Analyse the internal and external context of an organisation using appropriate analytic tools demonstrating an awareness of the impact of various contextual factors on the development of the role of HR, HR strategies and practices.
4. Propose solutions to a specified business problem.
