You will create a ‘portfolio’ of evidence in relation to a Scheme of Work (SoW) that contributes to curriculum development in your subject.
- Stages 1-4 will be completed in Part One
- Stage five: write a reflective report (3000 words) including insights gained from feedback on your presentation and further practice/reading
- Stage six: Include your rationale, PowerPoint slides and peer review feedback (from part one) as appendices when submitting Part Two via Turnitin
- Your reflective report will draw upon; peer feedback, your personal reflections on your performance in part one, and appropriate additional reading, educational policy, research/theory and evidence from practice.
- Use one of the models of reflective practice introduced in this session (e.g. Gibbs, Brookfield, Moon, Schon or Kolb)
- Present your written statement using the same academic conventions as you did with assignment one (use an academic style of writing, support your statements with evidence/citations and Harvard referencing)
- Link your conclusions to targets for your development as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking forward to your first post
