This is actually a 3 part paper. I have attached Assignment 1 and i need 2 pages on assignment 2 instruction and 2 pages for assignment 3 instructions. Both are below. In assignment one it is a fictional company I wrote about so there is a lot of room for the imagination. Assignment 2 Over the last couple of weeks, we have read about accounting and decision making. We are going to apply these concepts to your idea from week 2. Provide a cost/benefit analysis for your idea. Make sure to mention any sunk or opportunity costs involved in the implementation of this program as well as the long-term increase in projected profitability. You are permitted to use fictional numbers as far as costs go, but you should provide research to support any opportunity costs or projected profitability. You can find industry averages for various program costs and projected benefits. Support your research with good scholarly references and be sure to cite them in your paper. This does not need to be written as a formal research paper, but all research provided does need to be cited in proper APA format. You may write in the first person because you are presenting your own ideas. You do not need to provide an abstract, but you do need an APA formatted title page and reference page. Your paper should be a minimum of 2 pages (approx. 700 words) not including the title and reference pages. Assignment 3 Every program has risks associated with it. This week, I want you to review your idea and provide a risk analysis. What are the potential risks involved with this program, and what processes can be put in place to manage these risks? One specific risk that I want you to discuss is related to cultural differences. Please assume that your company is a multinational corporation…will this program work in all areas of the business? If not, how can it be adapted for the other country/countries involved?
